Reach the patients your study is missing.
Most trials rely on the same hospital and academic sites, in the same cities. ZoraRx Trials adds qualified pharmacy sites where your patients already are, in suburbs, small towns and rural communities, with a pharmacist they trust doing the asking.
New sites, chosen on evidence, run to one standard.
- New patient pools, more representative enrollmentPharmacies reach communities that research centers rarely do, helping you meet enrollment and diversity goals.
- Recruitment through a trusted voicePharmacists know their patients’ medicines, so likely candidates are found early. The study doctor reviews every possible match, and patients consent before their details reach the study team.
- Qualified sites, with the evidenceEach pharmacy is checked against one detailed standard, and the evidence is reviewed before it counts.
- Likely enrollment before you commitAn estimated range for each site, with the reasons behind it, so you choose sites on evidence.
- Visits that fit patients’ livesAt the pharmacy, a nearby hub clinic or by video, where the protocol allows, which makes it easier for participants to stay in the study.
- Consistent start-up and oversightThe same procedures, training and document set at every site; live enrollment and site performance; connections to your EDC, IRT and CTMS; inspection-ready binders with a full audit trail.

Built to be inspected. Clear about what’s done.
Sponsors, pharmacies and auditors check the details. Here is where each standard stands today.
Which studies suit pharmacy sites?
Studies whose visits can take place at a pharmacy, a nearby clinic or by video, in conditions pharmacies see every day. Our focus areas are cardiometabolic disease, vaccines and infectious disease. Tell us about your protocol and we’ll tell you plainly whether it fits.
Who is the investigator at a pharmacy site?
Always a physician. Every study is led by a principal investigator from our physician network or a nearby hub clinic, and the pharmacists work on the study team under their delegation.
How do you estimate enrollment?
For each site we give a likely range, based on the patients the pharmacy serves, its setup and its experience, with the reasons behind the estimate.
Can you work with our systems?
Yes. We connect to your EDC, IRT and CTMS, and give you live enrollment and site performance and inspection-ready binders with a full audit trail.
