This notice covers this website, zorarxtrials.com. It explains what happens to the information you send us through the contact and application form. It does not cover the ZoraRx Trials research platform that our partner sites use, or any clinical study.
What we collect
When you use the form, we receive what you type: your name, your organization, your email address, and, if you add them, your phone number, city and state and message. Our server also records the address your request came from, briefly, to protect the form against abuse.
Please don’t send patient or health information through the form.
How we use it
- To reply to you.
- If you apply as a pharmacy or clinic, to email you our site questionnaire and follow up about becoming a research site.
- To keep a record of your enquiry for our team.
We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who sees it
The ZoraRx Trials team. We use service providers to host this website and our systems, to send email and to count visits; they handle your information only to provide those services to us.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn’t set cookies or use advertising trackers.
To understand how the site is used, we count visits with Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly service. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t follow you across other websites and doesn’t collect personal information. It records things like which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked, the website that sent you here, and your browser, device type and country, only as totals. It never receives what you type into the form.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser’s request for them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to work with you, and delete them when you ask us to unless we must keep them by law.
